This not satisfactory property to recommend others,our room 109 have pax for 2 breakfast meal includes in room tarif for 2but when i ask for choice of meal staff just said to me they don't have chef for preparing food, only breed tost are available. staff are to mutch unprofessional. they don't know how treet corporate gusts, and bed size is not king or queen size and not comfortable for 2adult.

Booked the hotel through hotels.com. paid full money. when my parents reached 10pm in the night to checkin they said they don’t have a room and have not received reservation from hotels.com. they even said they are not part of fab hotels. pathetic behavior and they asked 70 year old senior citizens to leave the premises. after calling hotels.com customer care they also could not reach the property. stay away from booking this hotel.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 27th nov 2023 and were impressed with front desk team who go out of way to extend help. well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. we certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.
