4 Very GoodThe location is good, value for money ofcourse, but i had a little bad experience with the broken window of the particular room that i got, allowing mosquitoes to come inside. the staff are very helpful though.Priyangkush Shandilya, 25 Oct

1 AverageFollowing are the issues i faced in this hotel room. 1. the bathroom drainage was chocked and the floor would fill up with water quickly. 2. the temp in kolkata is too low and hot water is mandatory. i had to ask the staff to start the geyser for hot water very single time and i had to let too much cold water flow so that the hot water would come. 3. toilet seat was broken. 4. could not move the window curtains as it was jammed. 5. drinking water was provided in plastic bottles. i asked for a mineral water bottle every day thinking this is included in the cost but to my surprise, while checking out they charged me 100rs for 5 bisleri bottles. 6. the ac and the fan were too noisy. 7. construction was going on in the adjacent building and it was too noisy.Sanket Naik, 29 Jan

5 FabulousThis is an honest review please do not listen to any other reviews. first of all as an unmarried couple we feel so safe here and every staffs are well trained and professional. they didn’t even gave us a side eye . we happily stay there for one full day and i can assure that you can also stay there for more than a week if you want and also with your family. the location is very good for me to avail all kinds of transports . and last but not the list in the room the ambience was pleasant….. i will always recommend everyone to stay fab !! thanks fab hotels for give us an speechless experience at a minimum cost .Rongmoshal, 18 May

4 Very GoodThis property is good for single/double traveler. located in residential vicinity of bangur avenue. the room i stayed was very small with a tiny attached bathroom. the room doesn't have any ventilation. ac is good, wi-fi is also good and uninterrupted. lift is there. no inhouse kitchen, but food can be ordered from outside restaurants. service staffs are cooperative. kolkata's few best non vegetarian restaurants has their outlets nearby. value for money.Ratul Roy, 23 May
