1 AverageThe hotel tried scamming us by not letting us check in. for almost 2 hours, they claimed their system showed no reservation and said the hotel was completely full with no rooms available. after waiting for two hours, their system suddenly started showing our reservation—and magically, a room was available. the room they gave us was disgusting. there were cockroaches roaming around, even on the bed. nothing was clean or hygienic. when we complained, the staff casually responded, “this is okay, kaha hai cockroach?” as if it was normal. extremely unprofessional behavior and horrible experience overall.Gaurav Mandhane, 28 Jan

4 Very GoodI stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and i had a pleasant stay here. the pics attached were taken during checking out, so the room may look messier, but it was well maintained during check in. the property is around 500m away from the bangur bus stop and 3km away from belgachia metro station. the receptionist guy, who checked me in was really polite. i had a few issues in the room and they were resolved quickly. so, no complaints here, although the bedsheets could have been cleaner. the room was quiet and no outside noise, apart from the corridor noise was heard. the wifi worked properly and hot water was available almost all the time. i was there in winter, so can't comment on the ac. the bathroom door is annoying though. the rubber strap on the edges of the glass door doesn't let the door slide in properly and the bathroom lock in my room was wobbly. hope the management will look at the issue. overall, i'm satisfied with my stay here at this hotel.Syed Tariful Islam, 19 Jan

1 AveragePathetic experience. they don't accept local ids. but they didn't care to inform us while booking. we got to know the fact after reaching the hotel at around 9 pm in a winter night when searching for other hotels were very difficult. fab hotels didn't make any refund. rather they were trying to help us by shifting to another hotel which was about 3 km away in spite of arranging room in nearby fabhotels which were about some meters distance. i'll highly recommend not to use their service.Aniket Das, 18 Jan

1 AverageThe stay was for 3 nights. not a single time was the room cleaned. the first day when we entered the room, it was stinking badly. when told to change the bedsheets, the hotel staff argued in a very bad way as if he wanted to fight. the hotel doesn't have any visible info or sign board that it represents fabhotels. when told about this, the hotel staff ordered us to repair the board as if we were not there to stay at the accomodation. fabhotels should remove this hotel from their hotel search. fabhotels carries a reputation which few hotels spoil, should consider this advice from their customers.Mukul Mitra, 12 Jan

1 AverageA very dreadful stay. we were 3 people (had booked 2 rooms during christmas,2025) - really unpleasant (highlights) 1) cockroaches roaming around. - *biggest red flag* 2) breakfast comes from outside - 10 am is their policy, we were running a little late so we asked around 10:20 am and the reply "shop gets closed, so we can't bring". i don't think any eatery gets closed at 10 am. anyhow we had breakfast outside. 3) clogged bathroom drainage. 4) there are no rooms with a view. 5) very bad mattress (it's like a sinkhole). _________________ the trip to calcutta was good only exception being the stay. the management should act upon above points if they care. really unhappy stay ! will not recommend anybody.Abhishek Mukerji, 3 Jan
