1 AverageWorst hotel of kolkata. don’t fall for their fake reviews, you will regret every second till the time you stay in this hotel. write from the check in experience to check out it was the worst. they will not allot you room demanding extra money and talkin non sense that the price you have paid is less than what we charge for our hotel. they will ask you to talk to customer care, fabhotel is another scam where no one responds we pay what is shown in the app. we asked them why dont you take your hotel down from the platform but then they will say no that we wont do because they know no one will come then. we booked 2 rooms and had to settle for 1 large. the room stinks, the toilet don’t have any water, the faucets are broken. eventually it was a nightmare and i had to check out and move to a different hotel.Shubham Yadav, 18 Sep

4 Very GoodI’m happy and satisfied with my stay at heera holiday inn. the location is excellent, close to park street with everything within walking distance. the service is good, and the staff are polite and helpful. the rooms aren’t exceptional and could be better, but they are decent and reasonable for the price.Yellala Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, 6 Oct

1 AverageArea is not hygienic. they would keep the keys with them. so it's like you ll stay in the room but the keys won't be there for you to freely go out and come back. every time you need to request the staff to open it for you. they won't give soaps, on request they gave a sub quality soap. staff is good but the rooms are not clean. there would be patches of dirt on the floors. booking amount is high. not at all value for money.Prakash Kumar, 24 Sep

5 FabulousExcellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.Birjesh, 13 Dec
