1 AverageVery disappointing experience – avoid this hotel this is by far the worst hotel i’ve stayed at in this area. the service was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. i accidentally left some of my clothes behind and contacted them within just 4 hours of checking out, but they completely denied any help or responsibility. highly dissatisfied and would not recommend this place to anyoneLokesh Sar, 8 Aug

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Shakuntla Devi, 11 Sep
