Worst place, no phone working, no kitchen available only the staff is good except that nothing is good there. don't even go there for free. curtains opener not working means it will be full dark in the room, washroom bad.

Amazing hotel in newtown.nice decent behaviour of staffs. pleasant environment cleaning and other services are really nice. overall superb management. enjoyed a lot.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. 1. the reception staff, who claimed to be the manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. basic courtesy towards guests was completely missing. 2. there is no parking facility at all. i was forced to leave my car on the road for the entire night, which felt very unsafe. 3. the room was very small, and the bed was too small to comfortably accommodate even two adults. 4. the food quality was very poor. i ordered chinese food but it tasted heavily of garam masala, which completely ruined the dish. 5. during breakfast, i took three boiled eggs from the buffet. the staff told me i was allowed only one. when i still took three, the staff went and complained to the manager in front of me, which was embarrassing and highly unprofessional. overall, the hotel lacks proper management, hospitality, and basic guest handling. for the price charged, the experience was unacceptable. i will not be staying here again

Go and visit yourself. such a nice staff, always cooperative, friendly. my kids loved it. especially the manager mr ajay is very good person. clean, vibrant for such a budget. even beats any star hotel

We didn’t have access in rooftop. for the rooftop we chose this stay otherwise the service is good room is so beautiful and the ambiance is romantic for any couple the washroom exhaust not working
