FabHotel Prime Jalsa

I really enjoyed staying at prime jalsa. it has everything from great location with proximity to major it parks to decent and efficient hotel staff. even the rooms were super clean with functional ac. it's also very budget friendly. so i highly recommend the place.

I had one of the worst experiences at this so-called fab hotel prime jalsa. from the moment i arrived, things were downhill: excessive generator noise: the generator runs loudly for hours, especially at night. it was impossible to sleep properly due to the constant humming and vibration. rude & unprofessional manager: the manager was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful when i raised concerns. instead of resolving the issues, he was arrogant and dismissive. poor quality food: the food was tasteless, poorly cooked, and definitely not fresh. it felt like no effort was made to maintain hygiene or quality. unclean rooms: the room was dirty when i checked in—stains on the bed sheets, dust everywhere, and a foul smell coming from the bathroom. basic cleanliness was not maintained. other issues: staff was untrained and unresponsive, and the overall environment was very unwelcoming. i do not recommend this hotel to anyone. please save your money and peace of mind by staying elsewhere.

The hotel manager is lier he commits everything just to invite you. that he starts the money mind. he took 1600 rupees as my friend came but gave the the food bill. no gst input. will never book the hotel again.

Our booking was shifted here by fab hotels as they are dishonest & cheaters. we had booked another property under them on no pre payment required terms with booking dot com. despite making partial prepayment they cancelled our original booking & shifted us here. in this hotel the room was small & without any window. there was kettle but no tea bags etc was provided. upon request they provided us with tea in the morning. the bathroom was in good condition. the staff behaviour was good. the breakfast provided was reasonably good. after we checked out fab hotels sent us another tax invoice for rs. 700 plus under the name of service charges which i obviously didn’t pay & made a complaint with booking dot com. they dealt with the matter very professionally & told fab hotels not to send us any invoices or contact us. well done booking dot com. prople be very careful while booking with fab hotels as they are dishonest & cheaters. avoid booking with them.

Rooms are below average with least maintenance. they only have new bathroom fittings .geyser didn’t work in one of the 3 rooms.no one to answer late night , checking was delayed as there was no one except one service boy. for the price and staying so far from city it’s not worth . don’t know why the ratings are good
