The property is above the karim’s restaurant just beside their tandoor kitchen. all the smoke could be felt in the 1st floor rooms. if you opened the washroom the smoke sipped in the room. the rooms were untidy and shabby. bed sheets and blankets were unwashed. no non-smoking rooms. no toiletries in the washroom. non functional shower taps and broken lid on the toilet. just adding corporate in the name of the hotel doesn’t make it corporate standards. strictly avoid if you can, not value for money.

The service at this hotel is absolutely disgusting. the food arrives over an hour late every time. room service is terrible and a complete waste of money. they only prioritize their banquet hall and restaurant guests, completely ignoring the hotel residents. on top of that, the lacks basic cleanliness

Washroom door mat was not available, daily house keeping was not regular. i shall not visit here again. not recommend

I had a pleasant stay at your lodging. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. the staff was polite and helpful, and the location was very convenient. overall, i am satisfied with the service and would recommend this place to others.

Positives - 1. pocket friendly pricing. 2. decently spacious room with functional furniture and fittings. negatives :- 1. dirty linen 2. toilet seat worn out 3. no basic toiletries like dental kit and napkins 4. breakfast was included in the room package. but nobody informed us that it comes from outside and will be served in the room. we were expecting a buffet breakfast and it was extremely disappointing to hear their restaurant doesn't function for breakfast.

We had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. despite confirming early check-in in advance, we were made to wait for an hour upon arrival—even after multiple requests and informing them that we were traveling with a 2-year-old child. the lack of empathy and responsiveness from the staff was extremely disappointing. the restaurant operations were another major letdown. it closes at 11 am and doesn’t reopen until 1 pm, during which time they refuse to serve even basic items like tea or coffee. this is highly inconvenient, especially for families with young children or travelers who need flexible meal options. privacy was also a serious concern. the staff showed no etiquette and would barge into the room without knocking or waiting for permission during room service. this is completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. overall, this hotel felt cheap and poorly managed. it is definitely not suitable for families or anyone expecting basic hospitality standards. i would not recommend staying here.
