Hotel fab quest is a wonderful place to stay in kolkata. very good price with very hygiene and rooms are big very comfortable beds. staff and mam is very helpful and polite. i highly recommend to book this place

Over all not a good experience due to communication problem with fab hotels and the hotel. called fab express and make a reservation for premium room over their recorded line but the hotel gave me the smaller deluxe room. had no choice but to stay as i like making reservations in advance. better to visit the hotel and see if you like the room before paying in advance as i was charged for premium but got the lower-end room. false assurances were given by fab hotel customer care while booking. service was ok but over all not worth the price. breakfast served in the room was good.

As. a single woman on work in kolkata, this hotel was perfect my purpose. clean and neat rooms with all working urliries like ac and geyser. staff were very polite and helpful. metro is just 2 km away and this was a boon since i had to travel in the city on work. victoria memorial and gariahat market are also within 10 minutes drive. overall a good and safe atay.

The hotel was good, rooms were basic. a place to rest our heads. the service was good and able to meet our needs. we had an issue with the booking through booking.com - on booking.com they messaged to pay in advance despite booking not saying advance payment necessary. better price if you book through the hotel chain website rather than booking.com.
