Although i booked the room in advance through make my trip and paid online, i was denied the room from the hotel reception mentioning they don’t allow any online booking and no rooms were available which was absolutely absurd and meaningless to me. i have never faced this kind of a terrible experience at any other hotel before and i will never plan to stay at raj darbar chinar park again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone else. these fraud hotels should be blacklisted and they should never be allowed for booking through the online trusted travel portals like makemytrip. all kind of scams happen in these hotels. be very careful of these kind of fraud hotels… …

The staffs behaviour are worst .. they don't even know how to talk with customer. recently i stayed there and when i checked out i left my watch in the room, i called so many times to the staffs but they just told i can't do anything, you left then it's your fault.. they just talked like a fraud .. be aware before going to such places. not recommended at all

The room is very shabby and in a very bad condition. the bed sheets are dirty and torn. towel that was provided was a decade old. the washroom was leaking water continuously. worst ever room service. the pillow covers were also torn. even the room was stinking. worst ever experience.

First of all i booked this hotel as per image shown in fabs site....but when i reach the hotel they told me that that room are premium rooms i have paid for normal room,they gave a very small room room with small space and bathroom was alsp not goos at all shower are not working properly, kind of dirty bathrooms, i never expected that kind of room and never booked such rooms in my life but i don't have any choice that's why i decided to stay. i am very diassapointed with "fabhotel" ,you guys need to show us the actual details of room like real pics and description and price of the room,but one thing which amazed me that the behaviour of the staffs and food quality just amazing. due to this kind of disappointment, next time i am not gonna book hotels from fab. overall "fab" you guys should take care of your service.

Room lock was pathetic, it is near about to break. every time i want to open the room, need to call the person to open. ac was not good it is creating an avoidable sound. overall i m not happy with services. lift had no fan and so dirty
