The behaviour of the staff and main person is so polite with the tourist people i like it .

For us visa interview took this room based on location. but 0 star, 0 cleanliness and hygine

Pros:- 1)location - location is very near to new market area. if you want to go for shopping at new market or bara bazar then you may consider this place. you will get auto, taxi near the hotel. 2) rooms- rooms are well maintained and very near and clean. washroom is also very clean. bedsheets are clean, doormats are clean nothing to complaint about the cleanness of the room. lighting in the room is proper with yellow warm lights in the wall ceiling. they provide daikin ac's in the room tv remote and ac remote are proper in cover. 3) service- service of the hotel is top notch. you ask what you want and they deliver as fast as they can. very good behaviour of the front dest staff. he was wearing the proper uniform of fab hotel. i ordered tea they delivered in no time. very much satisfied with their services. cons:- 1) only one net picking cons i have faced is that the deluxe rooms are little small and bathrooms is also tiny. but you will not feel much more of the difference. other good things covers this cons. verdict:- very good hotel to stay with markets nearby in budget of about 2k-3k.

Hotel is average location. 1. room are ok..( not but good ) 2 amenities are good 3.bathroom condition very good (exhaust was not working) 4.dont take room in front of desk ...having too much noise and can't sleep in night.. 5. no veg food nearby 6. muslim dominate are .. so be careful in terms of veg food.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. there were several issues that made my experience unpleasant. the room was unclean, poorly maintained with stained linens, unpleasant odors. the staffs was unresponsive, unfriendly, or unhelpful], which only added to my disappointment. initially we were provided with only 1 towel when asked for another one was given. further only 1 liter of water was provided. additionally, the advertised amenities were either unavailable or did not match the quality expected for the price paid. i tried calling fabhotel person (ashish kashyap) who had promised a lot at the time of booking but didn't responded to my calls and neither he did bothered to call back or reply to my msgs. overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and i would not recommend this hotel to others based on my visit.

Ac was not working properly.. tv remote was not working.. no kettle and cups were provided.. when asked they provided some dirty cups.. the guy at the receptionist kept asking for full payment since the time of arrival..multiple times.. as if we would run somewhere. when complained about the ac , he gave a justification that we have got a low budget semi deluxe room, thats why the ac is like this. i mean ac is a basic facility, ateast it should properly cool the room despite of being big or small room. the price of room as told by owner was 1850 for a semi deluxe room. but they took 2500 including gst.. i dont know how much gst did they charged and how. pathetic experience.
