2 AverageThe receptionist sings very loudly till late night till 1 to 2 am daily and early in the morning also . please ask him not to sing so loudly at midnight and morning .his daily singing loudly and playing music is very disturbing to rest here . please ask him to replace the bed sheets also when we check in . sometimes he does not change. most importantly please stop his late night loud singing and playing loud music .Travel Cool, 20 Jan

1 AverageWorst hotel ever in kolkata. i pre booked this hotel for 3 days just after checking the photos in fab hotel side. reality is nothing like the pictures. the receptionist is worst guy ever. i booked for 3days as i was suppose to reach at 2nd day morning. when i reach the hotel at morning 6 am the receptionist asked me for extra charge while i already paid for 3days and i checked in the hotel in 2nd day of my booking. i added the breakfast in the booking. the guy served some 3 puri and aloo curry that's it. room is completely mesh. and the biggest issue is you can't find the hotel.Bigyan Mukhi, 13 Nov

5 FabulousFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianChander Mohan, 8 May
