2 AverageBedsheets were torn and looked unwashed, room was smelling bad, and bathroom taps were not working well. wallpaper was torn at few spots. staff was helpful, polite and served well. however, they seemed useless at times because of the poor amenities provided by the property owners / managers. definitely not worth the cost.Jammi Kumar, 4 Aug

3 GoodThey charged for drinking water. i have booked rooms from fab hotel app only and i had paid the full payment while booking. while checking in they provided a bottle of drinking water. and i didn't get any other water bottle except that one from the hotel. as that water bottle was from some bistrol or something company which i don't even know, so i bought bottles from outside. when i checked out they asked for 30 rupees for that drinking water, without asking anything i paid the money. generally while checking in any hotel, they provide a water bottle, if we ask for extra then they charge for that extras. but for the first time i got astonished that this hotel is also charging for that "supposed to be complimentary" drinking water!!!!!!!Sayani Bhattacharya, 26 Jul

1 AverageTerrible experience in this hotel rooms not hygienic and water leakage from ac and even charged for water bottle also which is to be provided by them. and not responding to phone calls when i tried to reach them when the ac was not working properly. and one more thing the water that is to be drained but the water was stuck at the bathroom. so overall not at all happy with the conditions from any aspects.Imdad Hussain, 5 Apr
