This is biggest mistake of my life to choose fabhotels and i will never repeat this mistake againtotally disappointed with fab and as well as their hotel

Room was ok but there is nothing called service in this hotel. you have to carry the luggages on your own even if you are with small kids. there are no room boys so no service can be expected. there is no kitchen or any water dispenser, so even if you want a glass of hot water, it's very difficult to get, not only in the hotel, even anywhere nearby. we were not provided with basics like bath towel though we had booked for 3 days. we had to purchase towel from the market. not a worth place to stay with family.

It was pathetic experience .washroom was nit maintained and drainage was not managed .staff was so rude .no proper comunication

The room was a bit small for three people, and it seemed that the bedsheets are not changed daily, which could be improved. the bathroom toilet also had some water logging. however, the staff was very cooperative and friendly. overall, i have a neutral feeling about my stay—neither fully happy nor irritated.

My stay at was truly exceptional. the staff were warm, courteous, went above and beyond to ensure every comfort. the rooms were spotless and tastefully designed offering both luxury and coziness. the dining experience was delightful every meal was crafted with care and flavor. overall this property perfectly blends elegance with genuine hospitality.

Very bad experience after booking from fav hotels, few points to consider before booking this property-- 1- please don't book via fav hotel representative they will force you and somehow wash your brain to book asap and do the payment without thinking of my tastes and choices which happened with me. 2- hotel manager is clever but in bad way, 3-. hotel staff/housekeeper is very impolite and rude when asked for room cleaning, is showed unnecessary anger to me infront of the owner and manager just because i asked for cleaning the room as i count dirty floors and hairs all around the room at the time of check-in, but manager took no step/ and professionalism as to how one should not show anger, manager told bhyia how will they clean the room at night? i said i came at night for check-in and found dirty floor and hair so how would i sleep there? you should have kept cleant before hand itself, but he denied cleaning the room in the face, which was very bad in terms of handling guests, 3- no professionalism at all be it manager or staff, 3- no food items were available, no kitchen no housekeeping, denied in all, 4- booked through fav hotels and they have no support at the time i faced issue, representative somehow showed no interest and paid support in the favour of hotel for their own money interest, 5- i would say not at all value for money, 6- rooms floors corner were damped, 7- no cooling ac 8- no fan in any rooms, so when hot you would need to wait atlist 45 min for the room to cool 9- bad adour inside rooms, no window to pass polluted gas formed inside room, 10- don't book from favhotels, as you cannot early checkout if you find these above details wrong. 11- overall i would say pathetic service,
