This is biggest mistake of my life to choose fabhotels and i will never repeat this mistake againtotally disappointed with fab and as well as their hotel

It was pathetic experience .washroom was nit maintained and drainage was not managed .staff was so rude .no proper comunication

Very bad experience after booking from fav hotels, few points to consider before booking this property-- 1- please don't book via fav hotel representative they will force you and somehow wash your brain to book asap and do the payment without thinking of my tastes and choices which happened with me. 2- hotel manager is clever but in bad way, 3-. hotel staff/housekeeper is very impolite and rude when asked for room cleaning, is showed unnecessary anger to me infront of the owner and manager just because i asked for cleaning the room as i count dirty floors and hairs all around the room at the time of check-in, but manager took no step/ and professionalism as to how one should not show anger, manager told bhyia how will they clean the room at night? i said i came at night for check-in and found dirty floor and hair so how would i sleep there? you should have kept cleant before hand itself, but he denied cleaning the room in the face, which was very bad in terms of handling guests, 3- no professionalism at all be it manager or staff, 3- no food items were available, no kitchen no housekeeping, denied in all, 4- booked through fav hotels and they have no support at the time i faced issue, representative somehow showed no interest and paid support in the favour of hotel for their own money interest, 5- i would say not at all value for money, 6- rooms floors corner were damped, 7- no cooling ac 8- no fan in any rooms, so when hot you would need to wait atlist 45 min for the room to cool 9- bad adour inside rooms, no window to pass polluted gas formed inside room, 10- don't book from favhotels, as you cannot early checkout if you find these above details wrong. 11- overall i would say pathetic service,

The location of the hotel is in good connectivity area.the behaviour of all staff are very nice.the room rent of the hotel is so reasonable comparing to other hotels.

Subject: your incompetence ruined my parents' trip fabhotels, i hope you're ready for an earful because i am absolutely fuming! let me paint you a picture of the nightmare you put my elderly parents through. they are in their 65s, not that it seems to matter to your incompetent team. they were excitedly looking forward to their trip, and what do they get? a wild goose chase thanks to your pathetic excuse for providing correct directions on google maps. three hours. three freaking hours they wasted, trying to locate your sorry excuse for a hotel. and why? because you geniuses can't even get the address right. bravo! but it gets better. oh yes, it does. despite confirming the booking, you still managed to screw up the email with the correct location. it's like you're allergic to competence or just enjoy watching people suffer. did it even occur to you to inform your customers of your monumental screw-up? no, of course not. you probably think your customers have all the time in the world to deal with your idiocy. now, let's talk compensation. my parents deserve more than a half-hearted apology. they deserve compensation for the stress, inconvenience, and utter disrespect you showed them. and don't you dare try to weasel your way out of it. you owe them, big time. do better. that's all i'm asking. but given your track record, i won't hold my breath. awaiting a response that's actually worth something, faris

The location was ok but the condition of room was pathetic. there were little hair on the bedsheets and when we asked the hotel to change them they denied. the bathroom was also not clean and gutka was spit on the commode. they did not even provide a towel.
