4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 12 Jul

1 AverageNot worth the price 1/5 stars i was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, but it turned out to be a costly mistake. the rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was a nightmare. the bath tub was old and dirty, and the bathroom fittings were rusty and outdated. given the price i paid, i expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and amenities. unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver. would not recommend.Saurav Choudhary, 20 Feb

2 AverageLocation is nice near howrah junction and one can find market, restaurants, eateries just at walking distance. hotel stay was not at all comfortable, there no lights on floors, corridors, pathetic condition of rooms. dirty linens. no ventilation in terms of window, exhaust in bathroom. i would only recommend if you want to stay for overnight. no room service & would not recommend for families to stay there.Amit Tiwari, 23 Sep

2 AverageRoom was ok but not clean at all...washroom was specious but not maintained.....property is made well but not taken care by the staff....we have to ask for even water bottle and towel....staff is not proactive...lenan weals dirty and i told 3 times to change it...no doormat in the room....Ravikant Vishwakarma, 12 Jan
