Everything was about pathetic unhygienic condition of the hotel. zero maintenance, curtains had some stains, pillows were dirty, pillow covers provided were torn. ac wasn't working properly, had some weird smell. towels provided were very very old and rough. rooms were dirty with bugs. please do not book this hotel at all. not sure if any surveillance is done by fab hotels for such hotels. on top of that, we had booked one deluxe and other family room which accomodates 3 persons. at the last moment, on the day of check-in, they mentioned that the family room is not available and asked us to book 3 deluxe rooms instead since we had the requirement of 5 people occupancy. i had to pay 3k extra and got a new booking again. since we were arriving very late at 10 pm with senior citizens (parents), we had no option to cancel the booking and check for other hotels. later, while we were checking other rooms to find a proper working ac, we saw that the family was unoccupied and was available, contrary to what they mentioned that the room was occupied by some other guests. to conclude my review, this hotel is very cheap and gross in terms of service and hygiene. please stay away and fab hotels must seriously take actions. please check other google reviews, it speaks a lot already. we missed checking the same during booking, that's my regret. we along with parents were only made to suffer those two nights.

It was a disastrous stay with fabhotels stayinn international kolkata. there were lot of shortcomings. to name a few 1. there were no cleaning services in room in case you ask for 2. they charge for breakfast but served same breakfast for all 3 days 3. breakfast was cold and served to us in poly bags like disaster relief packets 4. with a stay for 6 adults and 2 kids. breakfast was provided for only 6 adults. additional was charged again though it was supposed to be complimentary from fabhotels 5. for asking to keep luggage for 4 hrs, reception denied and later charge 500rs in cash 6. management was not cooperative 7. there is no support for any type of food. so beware if you are traveling with kids. 8. no nearby restaurants too. 9. it was on road and has lot of noise in some rooms like 313 for me. 10. it is above bank and main gate keys are with bank personals. if you ask hotel management to help open gate in case of late entry or early step out, they will respond like “we don’t own the whole building . search got guard yourself” 11. morning reception person was rude.

I recently stayed at [hotel name] and had a mostly great experience. however, i was disappointed that i left my spectacles in the room after checking out, and the staff didn't notify me or make any effort to return them. it would be helpful if the hotel could improve their lost and found process to ensure guests don't lose valuable items.

We had booked supreme room in fab stay hotel in at raja bazaar, kolkatta for 3 nights. on check-in we were given deluxe room at first, then on protest we were shifted to supreme room. only a kettle to boil water was found in the room, without tea-coffee , milk or sugar...worst experience. we were charged for veg buffet breakfast, and were served parcel puri bhaji in our room, we were told that hotel doesn't have a kitchen, so nothing hot can be provided. we were given non-veg choices also, that almost broke our confidence in eating pure veg breakfast....terrible experience. never book fab hotels, because thier helpline calls are recieved by drunkards after 8.00 pm - worst staff of fab hotels, who informed me on my complaint that normally breakfast is served between 10 am to 12 pm in all our hotels...and that guy on call from fab help desk, didnt have the courtesy to say sorry because he was fully drunk while in office. terrible & nightmarish experience.

Hotel facility was not good...we were facing a problem with wifi all days and they were given to us damaged pillow cover and damaged duvet cover....its needs to check before giving the room to the guests.

The hospitality of the staff was top notch... the manager was very polite and kind... the room are also very cozy and their washrooms are there highlight - premium lighting top quality sanitary ware... the hotel is around 3 km from mg road ... overall a great stay... really loved it
