1 AverageMy recent experience at fabhotel suncitel was very poor. the rooms provided were significantly smaller than expected, but the lack of basic amenities was the biggest problem. we faced a total lack of water in the bathroom shortly after arrival. management moved us to a new room, but the same issue persisted there as well. the constant room shifting and follow-ups with staff ruined the purpose of our visit. we were looking forward to a good time, but it was entirely wasted on basic maintenance complaints. very poorly managed.Sudipta Das, 11 Apr

3 GoodVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mobin, 20 Jan

3 GoodRooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.Balraj, 27 Dec
