    Thank you for this warm welcome. the rooms are incredibly comfortable and the breakfasts are a delight. thank you to the owners for taking care of us. an address to recommend, that's for sure. we will be happy to come back.

    Staff was very rude, we booked 5 rooms and then were offered 3 rooms in this building and 2 in some other place… after wasting our 6 hrs they provided 5 rooms in this building at 10 pm. they were even charging us extra which we sorted out with fab hotel customer care. they didn’t provide us with water bottles aur towel or any other amnesties. at night at 12 when we complained for water they told they provide only 1 bottle per room and they have given us 4 bottles today so they won’t give more. they provided 5 bottle after very much drama.. they don’t maintain the rooms, comforter was very dirty. the staff are very rude. overall very bad experience. will not suggest anyone to stay here.

    The service at this hotel was extremely poor. i had to wait for more than one hour for check-in, and there was no one available at the reception when i arrived. i reached the hotel on 25th december at 7:00 am due to my train schedule. my booking was from 24th december for 5 days, and it was fully prepaid. since i had already paid for the room, it was the hotel’s responsibility to allot the room, regardless of my arrival time. after waiting for more than an hour, the receptionist finally arrived and allotted me a room only for 3 hours, after which i was asked to change rooms again, which was very inconvenient. the most disappointing part was that the lift was not working. staying on the 3rd floor without a lift made it very difficult to move in and out frequently. additionally, there was no electric kettle in the room, even though it was clearly mentioned during booking on fabhotel. overall, the service quality was very poor and highly disappointing. this experience was not worth the money paid, and i would not recommend this hotel to others.

    Rooms are good but not maintained properly. cleanliness require, so many spiders everywhere, bathroom is not cleaned. continuous irritating sound of lift going up and down.

    The room was good but ac was not working and the washroom drainage was not working properly. someone was there in our room in hourly basis which is not allowed in this type of stay, for which our check in delayed. the staff behaviour was very poor they replied very rudely. the room service was very slow, needed to call 3-4 times just for a request of water bottle.

    Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

    The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

    Dirty, littered with lizards and cockroaches. not clean. expired water bottles given and full of earlier guests hair and girls hairs sverywhere after their activity in the room. also floors were sticky from the earlier guests intimate droppings.
