All the negative comments with one stars are true. this was a good hotel but now it’s not maintained don’t think you are going to get the rooms as shown in the pictures. they are dirty, smelly.

I am extremely disappointed with the service, room availability, and location of fabhotel ashirwad. i had booked this hotel 10 days in advance, and my booking was fully prepaid for the stay from 31st december 12:00 pm to 2nd january 11:00 am, 2026. however, when i arrived at the hotel for check-in at 9:00 pm on 31st december, after traveling all the way from delhi to lucknow, the hotel staff informed me that no room was available. despite having a confirmed and prepaid booking, they had given my room to someone else. this was extremely shocking and unacceptable. after being denied a room, i contacted customer service. they asked for my pnr number and then kept me on hold for a very long time without any resolution. when i called again, the same process was repeated. the customer care executive spoke to the hotel staff, who again refused to provide me a room, and the fabhotel representative simply said, “ok, no problem,” offering no solution or support. then after a long hussle they shifted in another fabhotel which wasn't matching with my booking and service wasn't good. as a result, instead of resting and refreshing after a long journey, i was left wandering late at night, stressed and harassed. this experience was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and disappointing. very poor service. very bad experience. i would not recommend this hotel or fabhotel services to anyone.

Near railway station. didn't use catering services but rooms could a bit more cleaner especially cupboards, curtains and walls. didn't had any problem as bed and bathrooms were clean.

I wish i could rate this in negetive but unfortunately the minimum bar is 1 star... pathetic location....full of garbage and stink around....secondly the receptionist was least interested in proving the services just the bare minimum what could have been done to entertain was done...bedsheets were all dirty ...blanket was unclean....rooms were all unclean and unhygienic... told the attendents to clean and change the bed cover 3 times...no towels and basic itineraries were provided.... a dirty and sticky towel was provided after several reminders and the worst part ...how on earth you have the courage to charge 1500-2200 for these extremely low standard rooms...with staff showing zero interest ...the corridor was full of cigrette smokes.... highly non recommended stay ....

The staff was highly cooperative. rooms were super clean and highly affordable. the service was also top notch and quick enough! and being pet friendly is like a cherry on the top. the location is also good.

Very bad experience....i wish could give 0 stars ⭐... receptionist behaviour is very very bad... don't have respect for the costumer... provided 2 rooms having one leakage in jet spray and other rooms ceiling fan pop was dropping...after complaining they told that " tumne kia h or pese bharo iska" just a bad experience... don't choose it anyway
