1 AverageПочему удаляете отзывы????!! why are you deleting comments? this is a terrible hotel. when i first entered the room, pen had a dirty toilet, there were stains and hair on the bed linen. the floors were dirty too. i went to the reception. they changed my bed linen, but it was still stained and hairy. the toilet was cleaner, but the floors were so dirty all over the room. i was promised to change the room, but no one did it. i fell asleep because i was very tired at night after the road. when i woke up in the morning, i needed to wash up, but there was no hot water. when i went to the reception, they told me to wait 4 minutes. 15 minutes later, a bucket of hot water was brought to me. i do not recommend this hotel. i couldn't sleep properly because there is no normal sound insulation, people were talking very loudly at the reception all nightАнна Боева, 3 Sep

3 GoodAlthough hotel is newly constructed ,still washroom was stinky not cleaned properly. we arrived at 4 in the hotel but our 1 room was not ready . when i asked receptionist she said ho jandaa aiven . no space for parking , park at your own risk. they don't allow to park in front of hotel . they advise you to park nearby parking.Gurpreet Kaur, 16 Dec

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Nirmala, 23 Jun

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Ranjit Singh, 13 Mar
