The hotel was so dirty that you can see with your naked eyes spider webs just above your bed. even the pillow and bedding we asked them to change they were used . even walls of the room you cannot see in the night but was so dusty. we asked customer services guys to include breakfast but in the mornings they did not had any options for breakfast we had to eat whatever they were offering it was just partha with curd nothing else. it was the worst stay.

I visit this hotel for a wedding and the hotel was amazing . everything is excellent. staff was also very nyc. location is outside the city bt location is nyc and peacefull.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
