1 AverageI recently stayed at fabhotel yellow leaf and was thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service. the staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and proper training in guest relations. receptionist was super rude and unprofessional. throughout my stay, i encountered staff members who simply did not know how to communicate appropriately with customers. their manner was discourteous and their approach to handling guest concerns was wholly inadequate. basic hospitality standards were clearly not being met. when you’re paying for hotel accommodation, you expect a certain level of service and respect. unfortunately, fabhotel yellow leaf failed to deliver on this fundamental expectation. the unprofessional behavior of the staff significantly detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay.Prashant Sharma, 4 Feb
