I really liked this hotel, the behavior of the staff, the behavior of the manager, everyone was very good, the room was very neat and clean, everything was working, fab hotel provides the best service.

Rooms are not clean .not good and not as per choice. no variety in breakfast. very dissatisfied and didn't recommend to anyone.

Good stay. i have not been given bill of 2059 which i paid. but got receipt of 1790 only. why? and hotel requires more cleanliness and renovation.

I booked this hotel through fabhotel agent keshav gupta, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences ever. the room was in terrible condition—walls covered with silan (mold), a strong damp smell everywhere, and a pungent odor coming from the bathroom, and broken locks on the bathroom door. the towel provided was dirty, and in the name of toiletries, we only received one small soap for two people. the agent assured us the room had a smart tv, but it was just a tiny old led tv. the wooden flooring was broken, with nails sticking out, which is extremely unsafe for kids and even adults. the tiles were cracked, and the electrical sockets were loose, posing a real risk of electric shock. the bathroom design was awful—there’s no separation between the shower area and the toilet, so after taking a shower, the entire bathroom floods. you can’t use it again until it dries. to make things worse, the hotel expects guests to use a floor wiper themselves to clean the water after bathing! this property is unhygienic, unsafe, and completely mismanaged. it’s not suitable for children, families, or even solo travelers. the positive reviews posted online are fake or paid, as they do not match the reality of this place. please avoid this hotel at all costs—the online photos and reviews are misleading.
