1 AverageHotel is new but they don't know how this industry works. booked room with them in emergency. location is hard to find. the receptionist girl has so much attitude don't know how to talk when i asked for towel and soap she clearly said that we don't have towels as laundry will come in morning and did not provide the soap. charged extra for water bottle. ac was not working properly. there was smell in the water in washroom. it was nightmare to live for a night. never ever book room with them. one can book 3 star hotels at same price at same locationParwinder Singh, 29 Jun

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 9 Jun

1 AverageNew hotel but what matters most the sheets and pillows had a lot of stains on it and the room was filled with bugs and insects in the morning which was disgusting. checked in late around 2am so had to stay - a.c wasn’t functioning properly - bed was hard- found it very hard to sleep even after a long haul flight. stay away from this hotel if you’d like to sleep peacefullySuhas S, 3 Oct

4 Very GoodThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Nirmala, 21 Jul
