1 AverageI had not seen such pathetic service in my life . i am very surprised on what basis fab had given the brand name to such a pathetic hotels. no cleanliness, cockroaches in rooms.rude staff. no towels provided when asked third class quality in everything. i had booked the room including breakfast and in breakfast they are providing wadapav and samasa is this a quality of fab brand. i am very much disappointed with your services. i had booked the hotel only by seeing the name of fab but that was my biggest mistake which i had done. kindly remove your brand name from that hotel. you are spoiling your name . there is no backup for light . rooms are dirty . when we complaint to manager.he said i can't do anything out owner don't listen to us.i seriously wasted my money this time.Wasim Sayyed, 13 Feb

1 AverageVery disappointing experience – not recommended i had a terrible experience at this hotel. they charge extra money even for 40–45 minutes of early check-in or late check-out, and if you’re staying with family, they become defensive and try to demand additional charges. there was no tv and no wi-fi service at all. the doors were broken, and the washroom was dirty and poorly maintained. apart from the name “embassy suite”, there is absolutely nothing good about this place. this hotel is not suitable for families at all. please do not book it—not even as a last option. i strongly recommend avoiding this hotel completely.Madhuri Mirge, 29 Jan
