It wasn't a pleasant experience with the hotel, the hotel rooms are not at all as shown in the pictures, the location is not that great, it is just adjacent to slum area on one side and kabristan on other side. the food quality wasn't that great, i ordered for egg rice which was tasteless, so i asked for replacement or make modification and they just provided me with some sauce which had wierd taste. i booked this hotel through hrs system and it's been 2 weeks they've not been able to provide the invoice as hotel is not responding to their multiple requests. please rethink before you book this hotel.

One of the worst and unsafe place to stay in mumbai. water dips from the ceiling, ac was not working and when asked they told previously who stayed in the room had kept the ac on for the whole night . amount charged for this dirty room is too much and not worth even a single penny. language spoken to customers is very unprofessional. i wouldn't even give them one star just because i wanted to write a review i had to provide. they charged 12k for 4 days and with great difficulty got the refund we couldn't stay there even for 5 hours, got 9k refund and 3k was charged for 5 hours.

The stay was last 25 days, need to improve their linen cleanliness daily basis there is bad smell in my lobby and breakfast food is not good, only they serving limited food items i.e in pav(vada, somasa and omlet)& tea or coffee. this my breakfast menu for my 25 days just think that i would have stay was. i had breakfast only for 8 days. the food quality is poor. i couldn't expect this hotel is under fab group. in website their amenities portrait is different and real thing is totally opposite. need to improve more.

Do not trust these people, they are very deceitful people, i have get booking done from fab hotel. when i called the hotel, staff will make you that we do not have any booking. our rates have become high. i had just made a booking for the end of this month. two days ago he said that we will do your booking, you can make the payment comfortably, today when i called him again he said that now it will cost rs.5000 per night, they are very useless people and do not trust them at all.

If there's new level of pathetic hospitality, then i guess these have defined it. there were cockroaches on top of the bed rooms, no windows in the room, no ventilation, towels were not clean. i don't know why do the authorities even give them permits to qualify as stays. the staff doesn't know what's reached our room and will charge unnecessarily. disgraced to have even stayed here.
