1 Average⭐ 1 star i booked this hotel for three nights but left after one—it was that bad! from the moment we walked in, the room was a disaster. the bed was uncomfortable and dirty, with hair on the sheets. when we asked for fresh bedding, the staff took forever and acted like they did not changed. the bathroom was just as bad—no hot water, a leaky faucet, and towels that didn’t look properly cleaned. the whole place had a musty, unclean smell. sleeping was nearly impossible. we had planned to stay for three nights, but after suffering through one terrible night, we checked out immediately. do yourself a favor—stay anywhere else! this place is a nightmare.will never book with fabhotelAmit Surase, 6 Apr

1 AverageThe fabhotels system is the worst hotel booking team as i booked a room in another hotel via mmt , when i reached the hotel they said theirs has already been sold out and they gave a another hotel name fabhotels regal residency that hotel guys charged for a bottle of water which they have not provided with teared linen and dirty room without breakfast , i booked room with breakfast plan but they hotel was worst experience in my life till now , so please don’t book rooms through fabhotels thier service is too bad .Ananthu M R, 31 Jan

1 AverageThis was the most unpleasant and terrifying place i've ever been to, completely unsafe for women. i strongly advise against booking with fabhotels. their customer service is utterly unresponsive, and they have no intention of issuing refunds, even when the problem is completely valid. if you're smart, you'll stay far away from this hotel. but if you end up booking it by mistake, like i did, be prepared for a nightmare because you've essentially been scammed.Jyoti Choudhari, 17 Apr

4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 26 Feb

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mobin, 8 Feb
