Please don't visit this hotel one the worst hotel in mumbai. also near by location is very dirty. staff behaviour is very bad. we booked for two days but after one day we left the hotel.

we have lots of bad experience,
1) i allready booked with earlier checking in hotel, and person who book our hotel she confirmed with earlier checking but no one can answer perfectly in hotel. also she told me that if early checking not possible than u can call me at any time.
i called her but she can't answer
even in whatsapp also.
i paid 1500rs, in near by hotel
timing :- 6am to 10am
2) i booked separate bed in room.
but hotel can't provide me,
also she can't answer me.
i sent a messages
like please do needful,
but she can't reply....
and than she send a messag
cancel the booking..
that's it...
i have worst experience...
person who book our hotel,
they have record call also please listen carefully.....

This was the worst hotel where i had seen in my life i left the hotel after seeing it and even they hadn't refunded my amount. it's ok but can't stay such places. after seeing that hotel i lost confidence and in the coming days can't relay on make my trip. even when contacted the make my trip customer care they hadn't helped me at all. this is the worst experience i had.

One of the worst hotel ever i stayed. i don't need a owner to reply for this, saying same story for all, we keep losing our money and that too for an unworthy place. i can see that this is happening for all and still he is enjoying the money making customers to suffer, i got fever after staying at this place only for half a day.

Very poor cleanliness. very poorly maintained. very unhygienic. no water in the washroom. towels were not provided. later they provided dirty towel. the washroom and room smelled bad. there were cockroaches and other insects. the bedsheets smelled bad and they had stains. daily water bottles was not provided. tv was not working and the tv remote had no battery in it. i booked along with breakfast but we didn't even eat because of the overall hygiene of the hotel. worst experience.

i recently stayed at the fabexpress sarah gold hotel, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences i've had. the room was not clean, and the amenities were not as promised. the service was also very slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns.
the location was good, but that's where the positives ended. overall, i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. there are far better options available in the same price range.
