I stayed here for two nights.i checked in via cleartrip to this hotel. the hotel staff didn't provide bathrubs and water bottles in the room. which was very annoying. we had to ask for water bottles which usually comes part of customary service in every good hotel. even after asking receptionist guy was reluctant to send to room. the rooms were very small, not worth of the price we paid. service was very poor.

No lift to 3rd floor !! stairs are atleast 100year old and is full of pan spitting everywhere !!! congested rooms with cockroaches all around, torn towels, no toiletries except for a 5rs medimix soap, not even tissue paper kept !! geyser gives you a mug of hot water only !! no room cleaning if you are staying for two days !! won’t give you water bottle also until you ask for it!
if you order delivery of anything you need to get it to 3rd floor yourself !!
pathetic overall !!

This fab hotel is a scam. i pre booked this hotel through fab customer service on call, paid booking amount online to secure reservation and upon reaching the hotel reception denied to provide me room saying due to maintenance.
no prior notification, no support from hotel and fab customer service kept putting me on hold. eventually i had to search and book other hotels at higher price. worst experience.
refund is still pending.

Very bad experience. this group fab hotels is a total fraud. after they get their commission i.e., the advance amount you pay while booking, they are least bothered to help you afterwards. one of the worst hotels i've ever stayed. it doesn't have any lift, too small rooms, toilet seats are broken, doesn't answer to your calls and you've to carry your own luggage to the 3rd floor where staircase is also not good. if you want to ruin you vacation then you can book this 3rd grade hotel or else please book somewhere else. worst decision is to book this horrible hotel. this fraudulent co. will not even provide you the direct contact no. of the hotel. afterwards their number will also not answer your call. they will give you bad service but they are not ready to hear your feedback. please do consider the reviews of the hotel before booking it. they're not charging any less amount and giving services not even like a 1 star hotel. book from fren group or treebo but not this fab hotels. they are fab from the last..
nothing more to just just worst, horrible, disgusting, ridiculous and everything bad. even the customer care of fab hotels behaviour is very bad. avoid this fab hotels. they will say breakfast is included and will give you poha or bread butter anything else you want dosa or anything that will be chargeable. on the other hand you book any other hotels in same price you'll get buffet breakfast with everything.
very very poor experience with this fab hotel.
we couldn't stay there so we checkout from the hotel on the same day and stayed somewhere else. they didn't even called once to check why we left their hotel while we still had next 2 days booking with them. so bad so so so bad.. even 1 star rating is more compare to their service

This is my second time checking into this hotel with my entire family. i was pleasantly surprised with new updates and changes they have made. it’s been very tough to get a hotel space with 100% safe secure in this area. thanks abad inn to accept the opinion and perspectives from the customers. they really value their customers.

This is the worst hotel ever stayed. whomever had reviewed in a good way must have been paid by them. a weeks back i stayed with a group of friends, and it is the worst services.
1. in the website it is mentioned toiletries will be provided but none.
2. no tissues paper for the toilet. after multiple times, they provided tissues paper that used as napkin is provided for toilet.
3. the staff will bring breakfast without asking without customer choice or it is aslo a sign of checkout time.
4. we know that check-out time is 11 am, but the staff will ring the bell at 8 am, which is very disturbing.
5. their door bell is very loud that even the next room door bell hear like it is ringing in your room.
6. the room that you seen in the website is not exactly as it is.
7. there is no lift as it is mentioned. but trust me, you are not gonna like the way their hotel runs. it looks a like brothel ways in. from the reception to the room is looks a brothel ways of enter.
8. they don't have menu list. so you won't know the price. if you asked the staff about the menu, the staff will say it. but you would not the belived the amount and quality of food is not worth it.
9. they sell rs 20 of water is rs 30. what on earth of this kind of hotel. which means they are taking 50% gst of water.
10. bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket is damn dirty. i asked two times to change it. then the staff got angry.
11. the only good thing about the hotel is the location.
12. there is better hotel in the first and second floor. do check it out.
13. never recommended this hotel. the amount you paid is not worth it.
