1 AverageExcept the location being a plus , rest everything is pathetic unfortunately, the actual condition of the property is extremely disappointing and distressing. the room and surrounding areas are highly unclean and poorly maintained. there are cockroaches present throughout the room, which raises major hygiene and health concerns. the washroom is visibly dirty, with poor sanitation and maintenance, making it unsuitable for use.cockroaches all over the place no toiletries, no lights , tv doesn’t work properly, paid 12000 for 4 days stayed for 5 hours and had to leave the placeSakshi Singh, 2 Jan

1 AverageOne of the worst experiences anyone can have , they try to extort you for everything , first they asked me for early check in fees even though i had left my bags at the lobby only and had not checked in until the 12 o'clock checkin time. i also went as a visitor for 30 mins and they tried to get 500 out of me for visiting charges and upon asking them where is it written they said its nowhere and its the norm. on top of that the rooms were filthy , broken walls and cockroaches everywhere , never book this hotel , utter waste of money , really disappointed in fabhotels for this.Vinaay, 8 Dec

1 AverageI am writing to formally escalate a deeply disappointing experience with my recent booking at fabhotel admiral, mumbai, scheduled from 15th to 17th august 2025, for 3 adults and 1 infant (under 1 year old). at the time of booking, i explicitly communicated the importance of hygiene, particularly considering the presence of my infant daughter. unfortunately, this concern was not taken seriously, and my stay was marked by multiple unacceptable incidents. the series of issues encountered are as follows: the initial room provided had a malfunctioning water geyser, rendering it unsuitable for use. upon requesting a room change, the second room was infested with cockroaches, raising immediate health and sanitation concerns. i was then offered a third room, but upon inspection, it too was plagued by cockroaches and was significantly smaller than the room i had paid for. this room did not meet even the most basic expectations in terms of hygiene or value. along with it there were no enough curtains in the room which will cover up the window properly. i mean come on this is the basis sense the hotel should have. as a result of these repeated failures, i had no option but to check out prematurely on 16th august, despite having booked and paid for a two-night stay. i was left with no choice but to make alternative arrangements at personal cost and considerable inconvenience. important note: i would also like to raise a serious concern regarding our recent stay. during our next day when we decide to leave on 16th august, the hotel staff carried out pest control in hotel in other rooms and corridor while we were still occupying the room — including the presence of our infant baby. this was completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic consideration and professionalism. such activities should be scheduled only after guests have checked out, not during their stay. this incident caused significant discomfort and distress to my entire family, and i hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure such occurrences are not repeated in the future.Sumeet Gawande, 19 Aug

3.6 GoodEˆ‰ water in shower lukewarm at best. breakfast says served 7:00 - 9:30 but getting breakfast earlier then 8:00 didna€™t seem possible. i needed to leave the hotel by 8 to reach an appointment so asked for 7:30. breakfast showed up at a couple minutes before 8 so i ended up being very late. next day i wanted to leave the hotel for the airport. breakfast arrived about 7:15 but was just two pieces of white bread with butter on it. they said theya€™ll have a cab ready for 7:20 but they only called it after i asked that morning. ia€™m not from mumbai but asked for air india domestic. was dropped at domestic and air india only operates out of international and cab left me so i had to find another way. barely made my flight. anyway, i believe the staff coulda€™ve been more helpful to get me out on time, etc. ita€™s a very small hotel so they could be more attentive. it could be a language issue as unfortunately i cana€™t speak hindi so i understand when we had some trouble getting points across. eˆ‡ room was fine. bed was comfortable. wifi worked good.Jeffrey, 8 Feb
