We booked this hotel the day of our stay and called that night to confirm our arrival and our rooms. when we arrived at 3am, they made us pay 2000rupees over the rate that was stated by booking.com and later said that is was tax. then i heard the guy laugh and say to his friend in hindi something like 2 deluxe rooms and exhibition. we were there for a business exhibition. he then explains that unfortunately due to an error our rooms are not available, so he will have to put me and my colleague in a shared room, despite that fact we booked two rooms. the error was obviously that he had sold our two rooms to someone else that had come and wanted to make more money. this was of course after we’d paid, so obviously he wasn’t going to give us any money back for this, despite us asking and having paid for two rooms and him only being able to give us one. but he said that we shouldn’t worry and he’d give us the two rooms we’d paid for in the morning at 8am, his attitude this whole time was very slimy. me and my colleague go up to the shared room that we were given, and it’s very disgusting, not been cleaned at all, no pillowcases on the pillows, cockroaches, holes in bedsheet, and it smelled very bad like a mixture of cigarettes and faeces. but i thought well we should be moving rooms tomorrow morning we’ll just stay here a couple hours. i woke up the next day with bites all over my face as if there were bed bugs or maybe mosquitoes. we went to the front desk at 10:30am, and they said the rooms are not free and that they are ‘sorry’ but they will be free soon, blaming it then on an electrical issue in some of the rooms. we had to leave for an event and when we came back again they were not free, and he said they will be free at 9pm, we went down at 9pm and of course they were not free. we also heard a family with small children arrive then and also arguing with the front desk about the same issue, they had booked two rooms online and the hotel couldn’t not give them these rooms. so we had to share the horrible room for another night. the next morning we spoke to the guy and he had the rooms for us, and we kindly asked for a refund for part of what we had paid as we paid for two rooms but only got one. he then tried to gaslight us and say ‘oh but your rooms were ready yesterday at 1pm but you were not here so we had to give them away’, clearly a lie but also saying that he expected us to wait at the hotel all day for the rooms, and lying saying they didn’t have my contact number when i had already been messaging them. so they refused to give us any money back. we later also found out that they had marked us as a no show on booking.com, which effectively cancels our booking, we think this is due to them trying to avoid commission fees, or not having to own up to their mistakes maybe. to conclude i understand that it is a budget hotel and we shouldn’t expect a lot, but i do not expect to be overcharged, or to not get the rooms we had reserved, and i don’t expect to be lied to or manipulated, so that they can make more money, as they knew there was an exhibition so they were doing everything they could to make money off as many people as possible. also included in our booking was breakfast, we didn’t hear any mention of this, and this was not offered.

Hey, this is dr. rashed. first of all, i booked for 2days from booking.com and sent them request for early checkin. they agreed. i reached and they tried to convince me for 1 day extra payment. next day the manager took my phone from me forcefully and cancelled the booking and forced me to pay for 3 days and gave me excuse of booking.com. which was baseless as im using this app for 3yrs. infront of the hotel is muddy and construction working going on. so you can't even enter properly. no proper car parking was available. this hotel has 4 different names on booking.com, agoda, trip com and other platforms. so be careful. they uploaded some edited photos that fooled me. this hotel is actually running on call girls and giving rent hourly for couples to do sex. it was really scary when i saw little boys and girls are coming for check-in. prostitutes come here with their brokers so anytime police can raid this place and also can harass you even if youre clean. bathroom was so dirty, no geyser. tiles were dirty. tv, wifi dont work properly. breakfast was like: tl5 rupees tea, 2 half sliced bread with butter of 1ounce. gave me one water bottle and took price of 2. no room cleaners came during my 2 days of staying. i will not recommend this property definitely to foreigners even not for 1 night also. do not book this hotel named on platforms like hotel airport international/hotel the adore palace. no spa and no swimming pool was there. its just a brothel place nothing else. already i filed a complaint to mumbai police and also to the high commission and they replied me that necessary steps will be taken soon. thanks.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. while i didn't expect luxury, i did expect basic comfort and functional amenities, and this hotel failed on many fronts. cons: ac not working: the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working at all. despite several complaints to the front desk, they didn’t resolve the issue, and i ended up sweating through the night. it was incredibly uncomfortable, especially since the weather was hot and humid. dirty room: the room was not properly cleaned. there were stains on the bedspread, and the bathroom had mold and grime around the edges of the tiles. uncomfortable bed: the mattress was old and sagging, and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. i couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. noisy: the room was very noisy, both from outside and from neighboring rooms. the thin walls made it impossible to sleep peacefully. limited amenities: there were no extras like toiletries, no extra blankets or pillows, and the wi-fi barely worked. unfriendly staff: the staff was not welcoming or helpful. they seemed uninterested when i reported the ac issue, and nothing was done to improve my stay. overall: this hotel is not worth the price. the broken ac, dirty room, uncomfortable bed, and lack of basic amenities made my stay miserable. i would not recommend this place to anyone and would suggest paying a little more for somewhere more comfortable and reliable.

Pathetic hotel in an even more pathetic location, .the room booked via fabhotel had a mismatched picture upon reaching the property. they showed a lower quality room at what i booked.unhygienic conditions in and around hotel premises.very untidy rooms, litter in room which was not even upon repeated requests. cockroaches roaming around. would never recommend this hotel for anyone. ask for a better hotel from an auto rickshaw if visiting a nearby location. zero rating dont book this hotel based on the pics. its totally a humbug. the pics dont belong to this hotel. the abandoned forts would be cleaner. before paying the fare, visit the room. the people here know if you see the room the next moment you would either vomit or then faint. so they make u pay. this hotel is not less than a dungeon. the photos of hotels are stolen from some clean n well maintained hotel n this is just to cheat people. no lifts. bedsheets r sinces decades. rooms have not been cleaned for so many years. trust me there would not be a hotel worse than this universally. thanks for cheating everyone dear hotel management

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the adore palace, safed pool, andheri east, mumbai. the hotel was in a terrible condition, and i had a distressing experience. firstly, the hotel is located next to a large open gutter, and my room (no. 101) had a strong foul odor, making it unbearable to stay. the unhygienic conditions caused me to feel extremely unwell, and i even vomited blood due to the overnight stay. additionally, the toilet was infested with cockroaches, making it worse than a public restroom. it is unacceptable that such a property is listed in popular booking platforms. if a hotel receives consistently poor reviews, the booking site should verify its quality before allowing further bookings. this experience has severely damaged my trust in those booking platform, and i urge them to take immediate action to prevent others from suffering a similar ordeal. would appreciate your earliest action in this regard.
