1 AverageThis looks like a nice hotel from pictures but when you actually go there you find out it’s extremely gettho , the walls of the room were stained , no hot water , disgusting sink , we couldn’t sleep well with all the noise from rats running around in the celing interior and theres practically 0 sound damping you can hear people talking from other rooms and even the reception . the only positive thing about the hotel is that its close to the airport. if youre traveling with family i suggest spend some more and get a better hotel than this .Nischal Naik, 25 Jan

5 FabulousI had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. from the moment i arrived, the warm welcome and professional service set the tone for a great experience. the owner, went out of his way to ensure every guest felt comfortable and cared for, which made the experience feel very personal. the staff members were equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. they were professional yet approachable, and their genuine hospitality made me feel at home throughout my stay. the combination of excellent service, a well-run establishment, and the personal touch from both the owner and the staff made this a memorable visit. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and professionally managed place to stay.Charles G, 25 Oct

1 AverageI had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone right from the start. the room conditions were unacceptable, the bedsheet was torn and the pillow covers were dirty, making it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. for the price charged, i expected at least basic cleanliness and courtesy, neither of which were provided. definitely not recommended, and i would advise others to look for better options nearby.Sreekrishnan, 21 Sep

4 Very GoodRooms were near and clean as well as the room was cleaned with the sheets being changed everyday. they also provide 2 500 ml bisleri bottles everyday post cleaning the rooms. 950 metres from saki naka metro station and by rickshaw it's 23 rupees fare. don't let locals fool you by asking 40-50 rupees or more. the hotel is located right opposite the bright petrol pump. i would like to specially mention the hotel front desk manager : "ravi" who was very respectful and polite as well as welcoming, not like the other manager. cleaning staff is also very helpful and kind as well as provide quick assistance in anything. food is quite good and not of too expensive. even the bathroom fittings are of jaguar company. no medical store nearby so kindly pack the required supplies as required. had a pleasant experience and might visit again.Rudolph Suvarna, 28 Sep

1 Average1.they are charging more than mrp for water bottle 2. they don't have windows in room for air circulation 3.i have waited about 20 min in early morning for hot water but didn't get it 4. really really bad attitude 5. mainly they got 1000₹ commission in booking in taxi for us 6.and they didn't provide clean washrooms 7. and their fan regulator was not working for room no 208 and they don't even change room for us or didn't fixed it.Jaimin Patel, 15 Dec
