FabHotel Empire Suite

This was the worst experience. we reached out to booking.com because we left the room because it was unhygienic we complaint and told the property handler to approve refund from booking.com but we have not received an update from either of them. i tried to reach out from app, from whatsapp but these people are the worst. there were cockroaches in the room and we checked out in 30 mins and yet we have not received any refund booking.com has worst customer service experience i have further tried to contact property manager also but no response from booking.com, the property manager or any resolution to the issue. literally the worst customer service. the issue was raised on 2nd aug’25 yet 2 days after there is no resolution on this. i am never recommending it to anyone.

I would like to share feedback on my recent stay at fabhotel empire suite, which, unfortunately, was not a pleasant experience. when i checked in, the room had a strong unpleasant smell, and there was an issue with the door lock. no water bottle was provided initially—it was only given upon request. additionally, the towels and bed sheets were extremely dirty. overall, it was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience

We stayed at this hotel for more than a week. the room is neat and tidy. staff was also very polite. the best part is the location of the hotel which is very convenient being near metro station and lot of eateries nearby.

This hotel should be flagged, raided and should be shut down. i had guests put up in this hotel, because of the fab group. first of all, they showed us a room without windows. reminded me of a suffocating chamber. upon request, they showed us a room with window, but ac is dead. they expected us to die in heat. one of the staff did not want to stay in a particular room saying the room is very hot since it's facing the sun and the ac doesn't work properly. when he went to find him to raise a complaint, he was chilling in that room with the ac on. can you imagine the cheekiness. guests r dying in heat, and staff is enjoying ac life. in a span of 8 hours, we seen 2 call girls in that hotel. then onwards, we feared for our safety, since our room was at the far end of the passage. we went out and came into the room and there were cockroaches all over the floor. i am not exaggerating at all. there were on the bed, in suitcases, everywhere. we just dumped the clothes in the bag, threw the keycard at the reception and left. sad part is agoda refused to give us refund even after telling them our tragedy. can't trust agoda again after this incident

Room was average and it was unhygienic cockroaches are there in room. provided toilet papers instead of tissues. no recommendation for this place.

Average stay at fabhotel empire suite i stayed at fabhotel empire suite in december, and overall, it was an average experience. the images on the website were quite different from the actual room. cleanliness was lacking, and the room size was very small, which didn’t justify the pricing. the bed in my room was sunken in the middle, and the first room i was given had peeling paint. after requesting a room change, i found the second room to be in similar condition. while the stay was manageable, the price and amenities did not justify the cost. overall, it was an average stay and not up to the mark compared to the expectations set by the hotel's website.
