1 AverageFirst of all hotel location and address is not updated on mmt site. hotel has shifted its operations to another address. we were left stranded on closed location, like at 11 pm in night. hotel new location is good. it's very near to gateway of india and taj mahal palace. apart from this there is nothing good i can say about this hotel. we booked room with breakfast, but after reaching hotel we found out that hotel does not have kitchen and does not serve breakfast. after much discussion manager told that he will get breakfast delivered. but the quality of food was pathetic. rooms and bathroom are too small. i would say not good value for money.Mohit Dixit, 8 Apr

5 FabulousI had a great stay at fabhotel gateway near the gateway of india, mumbai. the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is beautiful. the food is very tasty and fresh. one of the best things about this hotel is the staff they are very cooperative, polite, and helpful. the service is also very fast and professional. i highly recommend this hotel to everyone. i would rate it 10 out of 10!Raghu, 6 Jul

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 1 Oct
