The worst place to stay! it's still underconstruction building and is around slum. no one speaks english at the hotel. i had booked 15 rooms for my guest for my wedding as it was close to where i stay. we had hiccups as the owner decided to cancel last min had to involve politicians who are my relatives to get the booking back foe 11- 17. however they cancelled some booking for 13th and 14 dec. also guest were from france, canada and usa. they had found cockroaches in the bathroom, dirty bedsheets, no towel provide,no hand-wash. no one knows english. no interac machine you have to pay cash at the premises. i couldn't use the card at the hotel. the gate is closed in the night and no one opens it. so make sure you let them know ahead of time. wifi also doesn't work. it's a chaos. early morning when you wake up it stinks and noise of somesort at 6am. the owner sheetal is greedy and can cancel last min your booking. she did that to me. if you are coming from foreign country as i was from canada and my husband from france. they all fell sick due to the smell and pollution around the hotel. i felt it was very unprofessional to cancel booking last minute since i had done booking from july for month of dec as it was close to where i lived in mumbai. overall just beware they are greedy, unprofessional and not reliable.they can cancel your booking last minute. never again will book this place or recommend anyone. just beware.

I was looking for budget room with proper hygiene and very cleanliness with appropriate furnishings in room. if you happen to choose such place please book this one. locality within 500 meters seems not so well but beyond 500 meters you get direct metro station, mall and ample of food, pharmacy, easy public transports. area is safe for solo female too, reception staff is very well behaved and welcoming too. please do not compare with oyo or 3/4 star hotel. according to the budget this is perfect place with amenities and space they offer

So basically the moment i entered there was cockroaches in the room.. and when i asked the hotel boy he just smiled and said yes there are cockroaches. it is badly infested. i asked for water and they brought me water in a reusable bottle which looked soo old.. and i asked for the towels which i got the next day. there was a stingy smell in the room.. not worth 2500 felt like 400 rs hotel.. please don’t spoil ur reputation at fab hotel..

Though breakfast was complimentary, only for two people , 2 cup of coffee and 2 snacks(either poha or bread butter) will be given and that too you have to fight. did not have check in facility. nothing like hotel it was. horrible place and horrible area. they didn't know that our booking was there. no service. no mineral bottle of water. no soap or shampoo. no fridge. no view from room just impossible to stay

The manager was damn rudehe had a problem with food being ordered at 12.30 in the night.. they denied to give plates at spoons also i had asked prehand for a 12 o clock check out on calling them for taking the luggage down no one was available they later sent someone at 12.40 and asked me to pay them 1000 extra for 40 minsand specifically the manager could have slaped him the way he spoke to my mom
