I would like to share 2 feedbacks. first one is for fab hotel.
instead of booking with “pay at hotel” option, i have booked my reservation by paying 25% of the tariff so (as adviced by the fab hotel) that my room will be reserved for me be it what time i check in. later i have called to the number which has been shared with me by fab and told them that i will be arriving between 6pm-8pm. when i reached there around 8pm with my family, the reception told me my room was given to someone else and i had to wait for 1 hour to get my room. i immediately called the fab customer care and the staff were so arrogant that they asked me to wait or else leave or email the complaint. what is the point of pre-booking the room before. if i can face this issue, anyone can face it. the customer care staff were so dumb to initiate the rectification immediately.
later after one hour of argument, they have shifted us to another hotel, and the rooms were so small and not at all comfortable. if i had to stay in a hotel which u didn’t book, then what is the point of choosing and booking a room form the fab hotel app?.
i am gonna take a strict action against fab. and to not let others to experience the same, i will raise the issue on x, facebook and instagram so that people know how poor and pathetic fabhotels and its staff is with its customer satisfaction.

Manmanager behaviour is not good at reception counter and the service is too bad t am kindly requesting that don’t book this hotel for stay ther are charging extra amount for check in

I am a solo traveller from delhi, came to mumbai to visit my friends.
booked one the fabexpress named "park residency" near andheri metro station
reached reception due to delayed train around 11ish. the guy told me to call fabhotels checked and said ₹1260 is less and won't do a check-in unless it's ₹1500. i tried calling and waited for it to resolve.
i entered the room, it was super tiny and noticed no inside door knob just the lock.
2 big and 3 small cockroaches, flies(makkhi), long hair in washrooms, ac not working, foul smell you name the issue and i'll admit they had problems, ciggerate burnt spots on bedsheets, fan made noises and shower and tap only worked at the same time(literally)
i tried to be in patience and asked for room change politely, they said we'll charge you over ₹1500...
after all this i asked for water and they said it's chargeable, made me pay more and also then and there after handing me the water bottles

Nothing like what shown in the photos. average service experience. free breakfast included but will serve only by10am. which means either you have to skip it or have to waste half day. one day we waited till 10 and after multiple requests they ordered something from road side stall and was very pathetic.
for bachelors this is okay but for family not recommended. even though we booked 2; weeks before and partial payment was done when we reached hotel the receptionist initially said no room available and had to contact the booking.com customer care for resolution and had to wait for 1 hour for the room. it was so annoying and tiring after an 18 hrs long journey with a 2 year kid. won't recommend for family.

This was probably my worst experience with any hotel staff. the guy who showed us our room blatantly asked for room service (cash) as soon as we entered. it had just been 1 minute of us being in the room and he already wanted money. when we asked him to come back later, he started practically begging for it. the rooms were very badly maintained, the washroom had leaking taps, the room was incredibly small, everything was off about this place.

I checked in hotel around 1400 for a very short stay to freshen up and sleep for sometime in between transit flight . had very bad experience at hotel . electricity went off from 1700 to 1900 . then i checkout at same time to went to airport lounge . there were no lights , fan etc for 2 hours . will never ever come to this type hotels in future . my first and last visit it must be
