2 AverageI stayed here for two days and my experience was very disappointing. the biggest issue was the wi-fi — it was extremely poor and almost unusable. i had office work to complete, but because the wi-fi didn’t work, i had to keep recharging my own mobile data again and again. another problem is that they don’t provide any complimentary items — not even basic things like drinking water, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, or anything else. you have to buy everything separately. even a bottle of water costs ₹30. the bathroom smell is very bad, almost like it makes you feel like vomiting. the room is also not very clean, and they don’t provide towels. you can also hear road noise inside the room, which makes it hard to rest. overall, my two-day stay was very uncomfortable. the wi-fi, cleanliness, and basic facilities were extremely poor. i would not recommend this place.Priyanka Jha, 10 Dec

1 AverageOverall experience was disappointing and inconvenient from fabhotels. just before check-in to the booked hotel location of spring hotelg. i was told that the booked hotel is not available and i shall be shifted to another hotel. the next hotel provided was not of the quality and make for which the payment was made. via shivangi hotel mira road room had thick layer of dust on the walls. washroom was appearing as if like a public toilet with pan stains and the pot was not flushed from the last usage. room was stinking and even the window had pan stains and dirt all over.Manish Gupta, 3 Nov
