5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 19 Feb

1 AverageThere was no drinking water, no tea, toilet was not clean even of the staff member (girl) asking for luggage payment. it's terrible. after too many request they didn't provide soap. actually the thing is that there is 1 watchman only who is taking care of all the things like keys, room service etc. very pathetic hotel.Deepak Shrivastava, 16 Apr
