Worst pathetic hotel i ever entered in my life, fake pictures on all platforms, rudest staff ever especially the cleaner (shamelessly mean to clients) never book in this dingy disappointing hotel

Extremely misleading hotel – please avoid. my stay here was one of the most disappointing experiences i’ve had. the photos online show a clean, modern, well-maintained hotel — but the reality is completely different. the actual property looks worn out and nothing like the advertised images. the room itself was in very poor condition. the bed and mattress were old, uncomfortable, and clearly not maintained. the bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean, had visible stains, and looked reused without proper washing, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. the corridors were congested and dull, and the overall cleanliness of the property was far below basic standards. even the location felt unsafe and did not match what was shown online. this hotel misleads customers with heavily edited photos, and the real experience is nowhere close. i strongly advise others not to book this property if you expect cleanliness, comfort, or reliability. the reality is completely opposite of what is advertise.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this hotel. the facility is completely unhygienic, and the standards of cleanliness are unacceptable. the blankets and bedsheets provided were clearly reused and not fresh, which raises serious health and hygiene concerns. moreover, the behavior of the hotel staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. the representatives lacked basic courtesy and seemed completely untrained in handling guests. their attitude was not only disrespectful but also unacceptable in the hospitality industry. to make matters worse, the hotel is engaging in deceptive pricing practices. while the online booking platforms clearly show a rate of ₹1500, the hotel staff demanded ₹2500 upon arrival. this is nothing short of a scam, and it reflects a clear intent to cheat unsuspecting guests. given all of the above, i strongly recommend that this hotel be blacklisted from all booking platforms to protect future travelers from such a terrible experience.

2/5 - disappointing stay i recently stayed at the united hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. the room's cleanliness was a major concern, and i was disappointed to see dust and dirt in various areas. the bathroom had poor lighting, making it difficult to get ready. moreover, the air conditioning and fan weren't working efficiently, which affected my comfort during the stay. while the hotel has potential, these issues need attention. hopefully, they will address these concerns to improve future guests' experiences. rating breakdown: - cleanliness: 1/5 - amenities (ac, fan): 1/5 - bathroom lighting: 1/5 - overall experience: 2/5 recommendation: improve cleanliness standards, maintain amenities, and enhance bathroom lighting.

Zero stars for the hotel!worst hotel i have ever stayed in! the rooms were disgusting, the hotel was so small and the photos which we shown looked bigger than they were! it was complete scam ! the staff was rude there , there was smoking smell in the reception! i have booked my hotel for 2 nights and have cancelled the booking for 2nd day before 24 hrs as per there terms n conditions and have not received my refund yet and there's no update on that ! they are not picking my call! the person through whom i have booked the rooms told us that the refund will be made but there no update about it! it was our worst hotel experience!

For the price the room and bathroom is very clean and comfortable. bed is nice. linen is clean. a/c worked well. a smart tv is provided. water heater provided hot water for the shower. overall good hotel and service was good too. the only negative is the location which is really run down and dirty. you will be disappointed by seeing the hotel from outside even the reception is very bad. but once you are inside the room it all changes. wish the hotel was at a better location.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. there was a lot of noise, they allow couples on an hourly basis, and the place didn’t feel safe. honestly, it’s not a good option for bachelors either.
