1 AverageI had booked a room in fab hotel 3 days in advance. after traveling in train the whole night, i reached the hotel at 5 in the morning and after going to the hotel i found that no room was booked for me. after that i roamed around for 2 hours, then they booked another hotel for me. so please do not book in fab hotel, they commit fraud and i have put my complaint against them in grievances. so don't booking with fab hotels.Hit's Patel, 31 May

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Nirmala, 22 Nov
