While booking breakfast was included. however, i was again charged for breakfast at hotel as it was not showing in their system. i booked through fab hotel website. my booking experience was pathetic.i paid 3000/- for room. again i had to pay 450/- for breakfast. the hotel room/ services are not worth at this price. there are many better options at 3500/- price range including bf. i don’t recommend this hotel to others.

Terrible experience. when i made my booking online, fabhotel asked for a token amount of almost rs 400 in order to confirm the booking. but i never got a receipt for this token amount - not on email, not on msg, and not even from the hotel. the hotel only gave me a receipt for the balance amount. without a receipt i cannot claim that rs 400 from my workplace. also, the hotel room had a faulty lock - i had to call the staff to get myself out of the room. and the staff didn't have a clue about the timings of the restaurants whose menus they offer in the room.

This hotel doesn't deserve to be called a 3 star hotel. even if the rooms were okay, the service there is horrible. i stayed there for 1 day, for a business trip to nagpur. some things to note: - they didn't provide a single towel throughout our stay. whenever asked, they gave us the reason of laundry delay. - not even a single bottle of water provided complementary. - the location is quite far from the main city. - food was horrible. salad even tasted stale. this is not something we expect from a hotel listed with fabhotels.

The hotel in total is not value for money seeing the staff attitude and the behaviour its absolutely pathetic also we were not even given a glass of water or when we asked for water he said you are to pay for the bottle where as generlly at least we get 1 litre of drinking water as complementary. even they went to set the breakfast will be available at 10:30 or 11 o'clock. in this manner i have lost trust in fab hotels, as we have been put in oyo
