1 AverageI had booked a room in fab hotel shravan nagpur by calling online in which i was charged for a deluxe room and was given a general room. and this hotel also charges for water and no one comes like this so think carefully about the people who come and go. and this hotel has a bar so it is not safe to stay with family.Sagar Gohel 66, 15 Nov

1 AverageAccording to the price the room is very small and there is no connection for the land phone. we booked our room for 2 days and they provide only 1 time for breakfast and our checkout is on 2nd day night time so we asked for breakfast on the first day itself when checkin but they said we can't give breakfast if your checkout at night then that is your problem..and one old man is in the reception, his behaviour was not good. they don't know how to behave and all.Sweta Twinkil, 27 Mar

4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 9 May

4 Very GoodThis is a very good and safe budget hotel for solo travellers as well as family.make sure the rooms are as you expect as wasnt the case with me.i had to ask for room change which was promptly provided.the best part is the location which is near to metro station,bus stand,auto stand,haldirams,sitaburdi market.rooms are okay and slightly cramped.there is bar and restaurant attached.staff is polite and helpful.service is prompt.Apurva Rnaik, 23 Dec
