Walking distance from nagpur railway station. rooms are ok. budget friendly , front desk person was good as my check in was early morning at 4 am & he was very helpful.

Horrible experience at this hotel - the hotel did not honour online booking which was already paid. - hotel assured parking but all they had was road parking with no security or cameras - we had booked 2 rooms, but upon reaching we were allotted only one room and the other was given to another couple for a few hours without any booking - after raising concern with the customer support we got a second room almost around midnight - rooms were extremely dirty with used bedsheets - cupboards had cockroach - leaky washroom -dirty dishes kept outside lift area not going to book any hotels under fabhotels going forward.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Rooms are not soundproof so if you are students staying there for exam, you may hear tv, music and crowd sound from nearby room and from surrounding as well. though service was good in term instant response by using telephone service room service, ac, tv etc. but hotel didn't provide you any hotel kit except small soap. otherwise staff behavior was good.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
