1 AverageVery bad experience. i booked the hotel with breakfast but hotel is denying for the breakfast they are saying we dont have kitchen in our hotel. if u don’t have kitchen then why option is showing while booking with breakfast. and very unhygienic rooms. bed bugs are also there in the room.Sakshi Agarwal, 20 Feb

1 AverageFab hotels at the last moment changed our booking from the original vintage hotel to a nearby cheaper hotel fab express lotus palace with no kitchen nor any provision of breakfast even though the room charges were inclusive of breakfast. how they can take us for granted and do the changes at the last moment which put us into a fix to accept having no choice. also there is no provision to communicate on their official number it just a computer answering machine. neither they have any compensation system nor have policy to refund full amount back . if i don’t get a proper reply and compensation i have no choice but to complain to consumer court.Padma Iyer, 12 Oct

1 AverageWe have a worst experience of staying at this hotel. shady rooms , too much dirty, wall putty coming off , cupboards broken and its doors hanging, no footmat, no toiletries kit, dirty bedsheet , bathroom without geyser. in winter we had to take shower with cold water only.Rohit Naagvanshi, 9 Nov

5 FabulousExcellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.Birjesh, 24 Jan
