1 AverageVery bad experience not recommended i had a highly disappointing stay at fabhotel moro, paschim vihar. we were given room no. 203 (2nd floor), which was in extremely poor condition. the walls had visible water damage, stains, and peeling paint, likely due to leakage or dampness. the room felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. to make things worse, there was a strong smell of alcohol coming from nearby rooms, which seeped into ours. the area was also very noisy, making it impossible to relax or get proper rest. the staff's behavior was unhelpful and indifferent. despite the obvious condition of the room, they assigned it to uspossibly because we had already made the full payment in advance. no support was offered, nor were we provided with an alternative room. overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences i've had. i would strongly advise others to avoid this property. poor service, lack of cleanliness, and absolutely no value for money.Manish, 25 Aug

4 Very GoodFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianRadhakrishan Nair, 1 Aug

4 Very GoodVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mobin, 21 Aug
