5 FabulousThe location is very very nice and in very calm atmosphere, you will feel that you are not in delhi. it is completely out of typical delhi chaos. the hotel location is surrounded by the gardens and quite old societies. very much traffic free area and less crowded. rooms are very nice and they have kept it very well. if you are a regular traveler and this place is really worth and very much budget friendly. overall recommending. only issue i faced that they don't have restaurant and only provide room service. but you can have food near by restaurants. one more recommendations i will give, if you really want to enjoy chaap then go to lords of chaap which 1.2 km from this hotel and you will really enjoy as street food.Rahul Birar, 7 Nov

1 AverageUnprofessional and misleading booking process—avoid at all costs! i booked two rooms directly through the hotel's website, which offered two payment options—pay at the hotel or pay online with a discount. opting for the convenience of paying at the hotel, i was shocked to arrive and be told that no rooms were available because i hadn’t paid online. if selecting "pay at the hotel" doesn’t guarantee a reservation, then why offer it in the first place? confirming a booking should mean exactly that—a confirmed room. instead, we were met with an appalling lack of professionalism, causing unnecessary hassle and stress. the staff, including the manager, showed zero empathy and were only concerned about blaming us for selecting the payment option that they themselves provided. this is by far one of the most unprofessional experiences i’ve ever encountered. do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. this hotel clearly doesn't value its guests or respect their time. avoid at all costs!Karan Thakkar, 6 Feb

1 AverageMy recent one-night stay at this hotel was unfortunately a significant disappointment, especially given the much steeper price i paid. from the outset, the lack of basic amenities was striking and frankly unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. there was no towel, no toothbrush, and no other toiletries provided in the room. to compound the issues, my booking explicitly included breakfast. however, as i had an early checkout scheduled for 6:30 a.m., i was dismayed to be informed that breakfast services would only be available after 8 a.m. this meant i was unable to avail myself of a service i had already paid for. i would strongly advise potential guests to consider these points before bookingBeigh Shafat, 10 Jul

2 AverageThe room we got was twin room converted to a double room so the bed got separated a few times. the floor was dirty and i could feel the dirt. the fan in the room did not work so couldn't turn it on and lastly the blanket they used for a double bed was a single blanket and it took us a while to understand that it's a single bed blanket. overall the room was not in a good condition you could se cob webs and cracks on the wall. did not expect this from fab hotels.Kabir Basi, 5 Aug

1 AverageUnfriendly staff member and usefull as a wet bread. normally leaving your luggage for a couple of hours at the hotel before check-in is not that unusual. after 10 minutes the provided solution was, go in the city with your luggage and come later back for check-in. guess what! we found another hotel! also if you book via booking they will send you 10 mails a day, which is so anoying. i would make a huge bow around this hotelRe V, 9 Feb
