I recently stayed at fabhotel bluemoon, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve ever had.
the room was extremely untidy and poorly maintained. there were no proper curtains, which made the space feel uncomfortable and exposed. the bed was smaller than a standard queen size, and once it was placed in the room, there was barely any space left to even walk. the room felt cramped, suffocating, and badly designed.
the receptionist was rude and lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. there was absolutely no sense of how to speak to or handle guests.
parking was another major issue — there is practically no proper space to park a vehicle, which made the stay even more inconvenient.
i stayed there only because it was booked in a hurry by a friend for his wedding arrangements, so i didn’t have much of a choice. otherwise, i would never have chosen this property.
overall, a completely disappointing and pathetic stay. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The pictures on the websites do not present the reality. although the linen was mostly clean, overall cleanliness in the room was lacking specially the intercom set and floor. toiletries includes only soap and shampoo. the drainage in bathroom was very poor. staff was cooperative and located in walkable distance from nearest metro station.

This has been one of the most infuriating and disappointing hotel stays i’ve ever had. the receptionist was shockingly rude and treated us with zero professionalism or courtesy. to make matters worse, we were outright denied breakfast—even though it was clearly mentioned in the booking—just because we booked the hotel at a discounted rate through another person. are you seriously punishing guests for getting a good deal? that’s absolutely unacceptable and feels like nothing short of discrimination. it’s disgraceful how we were spoken to and treated, as if we weren’t welcome simply because we didn’t pay full price. every guest, regardless of how they booked, deserves the same level of respect and service.
note to the owner: you seriously need to reconsider how your staff is trained to treat guests. if this is the kind of behavior you allow at your property, you are damaging your own reputation. it doesn’t matter how a guest books—a paying customer is still a customer, and no one deserves to be disrespected or denied basic services they were promised. i will never return to this hotel, and i’ll be warning others to stay far away as well. the person who is behind all this - kailash he is extremely worst as a human being extremely disappointing

Room was good but i had a bad experience during checkout. i got the invoice after two days. the invoice is also not reflecting the lesser amount than what i paid as the hotel room charges and few extra charges have been added like service charge and convenience fees within the negotiated final price which was not communicated to me. i find this a very wrong business practice.

Even after paying the full money in advance, we were denied checkin initially. we were made to sit for two hours and was asked to call agoda as they were claiming that they did not receive the full payment from agoda. we had a horrible experience

Located in posh area of south ex part 1.
market is at walking distance having not only various branded shops so also branded eating outlets including famous bengali sweets and uncles prantha, a food joint. metro station is also at a walking distance. overall stay was good. i wish it could have kitchen also....
