4 Very GoodGood hotel, good hospitality, everything was organised beautifully, good location and ambience, however, some areas need improvement like the wall of the room has moisture, it was not well maintained. there was no hot water kettle, tea bags etc which are generally provided free of cost in all the hotels with such category room rates. only one towel was provided, no toothpaste.Karthick, 13 Oct

1 AverageAvoid at all costs – worst experience! i had the worst experience at this hotel. the rooms were extremely unclean and the entire place looked shady and poorly maintained. i had booked for two nights, but the moment i saw the condition of the room and restroom, i decided to leave immediately. when i requested a cancellation - they refused to refund my money. i strongly advise anyone looking for accommodation to avoid this hotel. it’s a complete waste of money, and the hygiene standards are totally not acceptable at all. address: fabhotels - e-147, saket rd, block e, saket, new delhi, delhi 110017 save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere!Peter V, 22 Feb

1 AverageThe hotel is not maintained properly, rooms are dirty, and the place did not feel safe. i asked my family to check out immediately on the same day, we requested to cancel the booking and asked for the refund for the remaining days, the staff did not respond properly. as per the policy of fab hotels they should provide the refund for remaining days by deducting the amount for 1 day stay, but the staff does not want to play by rules. it seems some kind of fraud.Amogh Patil, 2 Nov

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 25 Dec
