1 AverageThe stay was terrible and haven't met my expectations. there was an electricity outage for almost 2 to 3 hours. the washroom was dirty and almost soiled linen and when asked to change they said laundry se ese hi aata hai.Kunal, 14 Sep

4 Very GoodFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianChander Mohan, 14 Apr

1 AverageThis is the worst hotel i have ever checked in..i had to ask for everything and complain about everything every hour of stay...have checked out within four hours of check in.... dirty blankets and sheets, leaking acs, no hot water make it a terrible stay ..when asked , staff ask us to adjust with everythingSharanabasappa Pb, 25 Jun

4 Very GoodVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Ranjit Singh, 28 Apr
