1 Average1) staff are worst. i asked for door mat 1st day i didnot receive and have to ask them continiously then after asking many times i got it 2nd day 2) hot wtaer is not coming they turned on geyser but no hot water i bathed with cold water 2 days 3) worst staff ever 4) no line to talk to reception have to go to reception for anything 5) wtaer bottles are seal opened looks like they are seal opened (only few not all)Gur, 26 Jul

1 AverageVery bad odour as we entered, someone tried to barge into the locked room two times through our stay, the second time we opened the room it was the staff person itself! in addition they refused to accept digilocker id that supposed to be accepted all over the country. wont recommend this hotel ever.Raghav Singh, 25 Jul

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 22 Jan

3 GoodRooms are not properly clean, seepage in their walls, the seat of western toilet is not fixed when you sit on the toilet it's a chance of falling down, the bathroom is also not properly cleaned. i don't recommend it to anyone...Bhawesh, 14 Jul
