FabHotel La Paz Stay B&B

I recently stayed at the hotel and had an extremely unpleasant experience. during my stay, my car was damaged while parked inside the hotel’s premises, which i had assumed would be safe and secure. what made matters worse was the hotel management’s unacceptable response — instead of taking responsibility or offering any real assistance, they were dismissive and unhelpful. a guest’s vehicle being damaged on hotel property is serious enough, but the lack of concern, empathy, and accountability shown was shocking. this kind of customer service is simply unacceptable, and it has completely ruined my trust in this hotel. i strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice, especially if you expect your belongings and vehicle to be safe.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and my experience was far from pleasant. the room i was given had a door sized transparent window with no curtains, that wouldn’t close because it was jammed, which was very concerning for my safety, especially as a woman. it made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. i had to exchange my room with a friend's room as the staff wasn't bothered and said no one is coming on the third floor you can stay here safely. the room that i got in exchange was even worse as the room was full of mosquitos and the staff even after repeated request did not provide any mosquito repellent of any sorts, things of basic necessity were not available for example soap and towels. nobody was even accepting calls at the reception which was very unprofessional. additionally, a friend who was staying in another room got stuck in the lift, and it took the management nearly an hour to get him out. this clearly shows a lack of proper maintenance and responsiveness to emergencies. we did not get our complimentary breakfast on time, even after repeated requests it was served to us 2 hours late. when our cab arrived at the hotel to pick us up from this hell hole, the security denied the existence of the hotel altogether and tried sending our cab away.the overall facilities were not up to par compared to other hotels i’ve stayed in. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay. i wish i could have given a minus rating to this hotel, but the least i can give is 1 star.

This the best stay in very very comfortable and quite place. staff are very very very kind, supportive and quick. i have stays here for almost one month every thing was excellent. management are so so helpful for any request at any time.

Disappointing stay – not recommended rating: ⭐ 0/5 review: my stay here was extremely unpleasant. the service was substandard and nowhere near acceptable — definitely third-class. although breakfast was listed as included, it was never served, and no explanation was offered. overall, the experience was utterly disappointing and frustrating. i would not recommend this property to anyone seeking even a basic level of hospitality.

I was staying in fabhotel la paz for two weeks, while visiting india for work end april 2025. i was with two colleagues. each of us was at a different floors. we are all very satisfied. rooms and bathrooms are clean, with air conditioner and ventilators. rooms could be made upon request and a laundry service was available. wifi was very good at every floor and i could even do a meeting with europe from the hotel without connexion issue. each night we could reach restaurants by walk, the neighboring streets are very active. i could go to the post office at 10min walk distance. metro is also close allowing to do tourism during the week end. calling uber was always successful and autos (tuktuk) were always available within 3-5 min. people working at la paz were all very friendly and we could also attend a community service event with food distribution on the street during our stay. i recommend staying at la paz. thanks for having us for 2 weeks.
