It was a very terrible experience, first of all i got a call from the hotel that the location( hotel ashraye) i have chosen was under maintenance so i will be allotted a new location (hotel lloyd)which is around 500m away from the original location. but that new location was very very bad the receptionist allowed a room which was not worth a free stay, dirty room, dirty towel, ac not working properly, when i complained about the room they shifted me in another room which was somehow better than that earlier room but as was still not working properly. then i called the reception and told them i would make a complaint then they gave me another huge room but it was still very dirty and ac not working properly.
i somehow don't want to argue more so i decided to adjust there.
at the time of check out the receptionist was very rude and when i tell them that ac was not working properly he rudely said "it's ok".
after paying so much money this is not the treatment i should be getting. i book stays from many platforms like fab, agoda, mmt but this is the first time i am writing a review because i was so much disappointed. i don't know whose fault it is whether its mmt or the hotel, i want strict action who ever is responsible and want a proof that a action has been taken. if not satisfied i will definitely go to consumer court.

The rooms are shabby. water leaked from the ceiling in the washroom. smoky rooms were given to even when requested for non-smoking rooms. the white towels given were completely dirty and blackish in color. room service for breakfast was limited to only one item in the menu even through charging rs200 for each person which is completely non-sense.
i personally would not recommend anyone to to stay in this hotel. the rooms are not at all maintained. please book some oyo rooms in the same or lower price and better rooms.

Yes the location is nice being friendly with all your needs and things to do!
but i swear the hotel's condition is shit
don't even think about staying there especially with a family
literally the whole building is collapsing
smells like sewerage
staff thinks it's not even that serious
so unhygienic had to take showers twice to feel myself again

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. from the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. the room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
the amenities were excellent. check-in and check-out were quick.
overall, i was very impressed and would definitely stay here again. highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay.

I’ve stayed at fab hotels lloyd residency from 8th august 2024. it’s the worst ever staying experience for me. room is horrible….dirty, stinky. in night there was one staff whose behavior is very bad. i’ve been asked to go to my room on 3rd floor where there were no lights in the corridor, clueless where to go or not to go…bottle was given to me at the reception and asked to carry along with my luggages….
