Staffs and service are too bad, no electricity for 5hrs, no options given

(sunrise villa 3559) i didn't make the payment while booking and when i was about to reach i got a call from the hotel and i said that i am reaching in 30 minutes after that i made the payment on the way and when i reached there the owner denied my stay saying that he has issues with oyo regarding payment and advised me to pay him directly and he didn't accepted my stay there and he charged me 250rs extra for the room in the name of room upgrade saying that no other room is available that too when i booked 3dx room which is already the larger one still he charged extra, i just didn't want to spoil my planned stay so i paid that just to enjoy my day and to avoid any kind of trouble moreover on the top of that the staff was very rude, room and bathroom both were dirty, no hygiene and cleanliness, the fan was not working, tv was not working, walls were peeling off, ac was giving the air in other direction as the vents were not aligned and can't be adjusted. overall a very pathetic experience. i request you to not visit here (sunrise villa 3559) under any circumstances.

They don't deserve even a 1 star rating because the gizer is not working tv is not properly operating you can't change the channels and the food is very bad and unhighgenic, they are charging 40 rupees for one bottle of water they can't do this it's a government order. staff is good but managers are very bad they don't know how to talk with the customers. don't stay there that's all i can say you.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
